How to install artificial grass
Ensure the surface you are covering is clean and smooth. You can apply a self-leveling compound which will remove surface imperfections, which is a particularly good idea if the pile of grass you are laying is very low.

Lay the grass onto the now clean and level area you are covering. Allow around 50mm of grass on each side of the area to trim off to ensure a perfect edge. Leave the grass for around two-to-three hours to settle, which will stop it wrinkling or creasing.
Cut and trim your artificial grass, using a sharp Stanley knife, ensuring that you cut the grass neat to the edges of walls.

To make the joins, use a high-quality outdoor tape and glue, following the instructions on the products. If you have a wooden surface, like decking or suspended floor boards, you can use a combination of adhesive and carpet tacks to fix the grass down.

If your grass needs an infill, which you will need if you are laying down Hongtai Grass, use a sand mix and apply it on a dry day! Rake and spread the infill evenly, making sure you don't over-fill the surface. The sand will compact, so you may have to add a final layer at the end of your installation.

a. Where can I use this grass ?
A: Artificial Grass can be used for sports (football field/soccer field/playground...), landscaping (garden/backyard/balcony ...) and anywhere to decorate whatever you want instead of natural grass.

b. How many years warranty I can get?
A: Normally for landscaping grass 8 years warranty ,we will take care of any problems during the warranty.
We accept one month return if there is any quality problems.

c. Why there are so many different pile height and how should i make choice?
A: Pile is the term for the upright blades on synthetic turf. These can be cut at different heights (e.g. 40-50-60 mm) according to different usages. Usually for football/soccer/futsal grass, we recommend with 45mm-60mm height; for landscaping grass and garden grass, 25mm-40mm; for wedding for some one-off usage, 10mm.

d. MOQ and Loading information.
A: MOQ is 1000 sqm, but trial order is also no problem for starting.
For 20GP—load approx 2200—2400sqm artificial landscaping grass, 4200sqm artificial football grass.
For 40HQ—load approx 4600—5000sqm landscaping grass, 8500sqm football grass.
Loading quantity is decided by grass specifications and packing ways.

e. Is it difficult to install artificial grass/synthetic grass/artifical turf?
